A visit as part of a project to improve health conditions for the local population
On April 25, as part of its project to improve sanitary conditions for the people of Yemen, TGH teams received a visit from Her Excellency the Ambassador of the Republic of France, Ms. Catherine Corm-Kammoun.
The visit began at TGH’s offices in Yemen, where they discussed the progress of the organization’s projects and its strategy for the coming period. It then moved on to the Al Joumhouriya Hospital site in Khormaksar,district of Aden, where progress on the project to rehabilitate the pump and the main sewage system was assessed.
A third phase extending activities in the field
This third phase of the project extends TGH’s activities, which until now have been linked to water supply and hygiene, to the rehabilitation, reinforcement and sanitation of the water network through the introduction of sustainable solutions for water access and waste water treatment.
At the end of her visit, Her Excellency the Ambassador of the Republic of France expressed her satisfaction at the progress of the activities and confirmed her support for the implementation of other projects.
