The project will help to improve the food security of people suffering from food insecurity and help them to maintain and improve their livelihoods, through the distribution of agricultural inputs and training in vegetable growing, support for income-generating activities, the development of savings groups and the organisation of cooking sessions.

In addition, the project will help to improve the quality and accessibility of specialised child protection services; the construction of a multi-purpose centre for children and adolescents providing psychosocial support, social monitoring for children at risk, training for social workers, distribution of tools for children in need, and training for staff and the community on protection against sexual exploitation and abuse.

Finally, TGH offers activities that improve access to adequate, protected and gender-sensitive water and sanitation services, as well as hygiene promotion services, interventions on water quality and environmental health, rehabilitation of water parks, rehabilitation of hand pumps, construction of latrines and hand-washing facilities, and so on.
